Question 1

What does Rifle Scaling do?

Accepted Answer

We're a digital marketing agency for home-service businesses like HVAC and plumbing. We run Google and Meta ads, track the calls and leads they bring in, and build the website those ads send people to.

Question 2

What's the catch with the free website?

Accepted Answer

No catch. The first website build is free and you pay a monthly hosting fee, which we confirm with you in writing before we start. Our business is ad management, which is optional.

Question 3

How long does the website take?

Accepted Answer

Most first websites take about a week once we have your business details, services and photos.

Question 4

Which ad platforms do you use?

Accepted Answer

Google (search ads for people looking for your service right now) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). TikTok is available on request.

Question 5

How much do I need to spend on ads?

Accepted Answer

Ad spend goes directly from you to Google or Meta. After looking at your area and services we recommend a starting budget. You decide what to spend.

Question 6

Can you guarantee results?

Accepted Answer

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We track calls and leads and show you what's working so decisions are based on real numbers.

Question 7

Who controls the ad accounts?

Accepted Answer

We set ads up in your own ad accounts, so you can always see exactly what is running and what it costs.

We're a small team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, working online with home-service businesses.
